PAF Test of Single Word Reading


The PAF Test of Single Word Reading is an assessment tool that measures a student’s ability to read single words in isolation. There are four sections to the PAF Test.

1. Instructions
To be read in their entirety before administering the test.

2. Student’s Copy
Consisting of lists of words the student is to read.

3. Examiner’s Copy
Used to record student responses during testing and to chart raw scores from each test administration.

4. Summary Sheet
Used to compare scores from four test administrations given over time to assess progress.
